Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened cosmetics.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
